Delivery rates

We have two types of delivery for MAINLAND UK addresses dependent on the size of your order.

For mainland UK

For Items under £300 our delivery charge is £25

For all Items over £300 we will deliver free of charge 

Our shipping business days are Monday to Friday.

Morso Items unless stated otherwise on individual product listings are dispatched direct from the warehouse in Denmark please allow 10-14 working days (for specific timescales please email and we will provide an estimated time schedule)

Kamado Joe, Ooni Delivita & KamadoSpace products all have estimated shipping timescales listed.

Small and medium items are sent via UK Mail. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Deliveries outside mainland UK

A surcharge will be added to deliveries to areas C & D (Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands etc.)

Large items

Large items (outdoor ovens etc.) via a pallet delivery network.

Deliveries made via the pallet delivery network and can take place any time between 9am and 5pm. We will contact you by telephone upon receiving your order to confirm a convenient day for delivery.

Please note that pallet deliveries are large and heavy, therefore our pallet delivery network can only deliver to kerbside and are not insured to lift or carry the delivery into your home. Please make arrangements for lifting the delivery into your home on the day of delivery.

In the case of palletised deliveries you must open and check the condition of the good prior to signing for the delivery. If there is any evidence of damage to the goods you must refuse the delivery at which time we will arrange the delivery of a replacement. We cannot guarantee the replacement or refund of damaged goods once they have been signed for.

With accessory orders you must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Returns & Refund Policies

We are committed to selling high-quality products, which we hope you'll enjoy using, however sometimes there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt, or email payment confirmation as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

If you'd like to return something we've delivered, just email us on and unless otherwise stated we'll collect it for a charge of £65.00. Products must be in original packaging unwrapped.
